Every month, our sourcing team cups new coffees from producers across Indonesia and sends the standouts to our Vancouver office. Each one has already passed our quality bar at origin: a minimum of 82 points for washed and wet-hulled lots, and 84 points for naturals, honeys, and experimental processes.
These aren't spot lots sitting in a warehouse. They're forward opportunities: coffees we can secure at origin in full-container volume for buyers who commit early. You taste the sample, we handle the contract, the producer locks in the harvest, and the container ships to you.
The rotation refreshes monthly, so the catalogue keeps moving with Indonesia's harvest calendar, from Sumatra through Java to the eastern islands.
