This marks a new chapter in our mission to connect the world through trade and bring some of the most vibrant, specialty-grade coffee to Canadian roasters, cafés, and coffee lovers.

Indonesia is home to some of the world's most diverse coffee-growing regions. With fertile volcanic soil, unique microclimates, and generations of craftsmanship, Indonesian coffee offers distinct flavor profiles unlike any other. The lot we are introducing to Canada comes from West Java, sourced in partnership with FRINSA Estate. This farm is renowned for its commitment to community, sustainability, and consistent quality. Their beans are processed with precision and care, capturing the nuances of the region's terroir.

Our green beans are categorized as specialty coffee, a designation that isn't handed out lightly. These beans are handpicked at peak ripeness, processed using both washed and honey methods, and graded meticulously to ensure a cupping score of 85 or above.
